To collect neighboring rights on a release, your release must fit the following criteria list:
- 100% locked master splits on all recordings
- All recordings must be original, cover, or remixes of original music you own
- Must have a signed legal agreement in place stating you can collect neighboring rights (can be audited at any time by Releese)
