To collect publishing rights on a release, your release must fit the following criteria list:
- 100% locked master and publishing splits on all recordings
- All recordings must be original. Covers and remixes are not permitted.
- Must have a signed legal agreement in place stating you can collect publishing rights (can be audited at any time by Releese)
- Must provide the writer splits, which can be different from the publishing splits set on Releese.
