Once your release has been approved for distribution, you are able to update most of the metadata on your release. To modify your release's metadata, you need to be the release's owner. (the team that created the release) If you are a collaborator, you will not be able to modify the release, please communicate with the release owner to update your release.
Open your release
Find the release you want to update, and open it to access it.
Navigate to support
Open the distribution tab from the left hand menu, and click the support tab at the top of the page to access support tools.
Open the metadata update modal
Click the "Update my release" button to open the modal which will guide you through metadata updates.
Update your recordings
Update the metadata on your recordings, make sure no errors are visible on your metadata.
Update your territories
You can add or remove territories to your existing distribution from here.
Update stores
If you want to upload your release on stores you have not previously selected or take down your release from a specific store, this is the place to do this.
Submit your changes
Once you have done all the necessary updates to your release, simply click the "Update release" button from the bottom menu to submit your changes to stores. Please note that it can take up to 14 days for changes to reflect on all platforms, most platforms take 48 hours.
