Altho we do our best to ensure your releases always end up on the correct profile, sometimes things can go wrong, which is why it is vital for us to make this process as easy and as quick as possible.
To fix your release's profile mapping, open your release, and go to the "Distribution" tab.
Once in the distribution tab, click on "Support", followed by "Release on wrong profile"
From there, simply select which store is incorrect for which artist and provide release with the correct link. Once submitted, it will be fixed within 48 hours on our end. Kindly note that some stores perform the updates faster than others.
